Basically this mono power amplifier is a type of sound amplifier that has a single function, what is meant by a single function here is that each part of this circuit consists of parts that can only amplify the sound frequency in one part, or each part of the sound amplifier. there is only one circuit, each of which consists of a one-part pre amp circuit, one-part tone control circuit, and one-part power amplifier.
In the mono power amplifier section, it can only amplify the sound frequency for one loud speaker only.

II. STEREO POWER AMPLIFIER
Basically a stereo power amplifier is a combination of two mono power amplifiers that are placed in one amplifier box using the same DC power source. The function of this stereo power amplifier is to amplify two different sound frequency lines, and this sound usually comes from a stereo tape, stereo tuner or comes from two different sources, so the sound amplified is different between the left loud speaker and the right loud speaker. . This difference in sound occurs because the input that goes to the amplifier consists of two sound lines. If the input that comes in is only one type of sound, then the two loud speakers will sound the same, or so-called mono power amplifier.
In principle, one stereo power amplifier consists of two power amplifiers and two separate pre amplifiers, and two tone control units that are joined in a series or separately in the way of sound settings.
In the stereo tone control section there are:
a. The volume that functions to adjust the size of the sound it produces
b. Balance which functions to regulate the sound balance between the left loud speaker and the right loudspeaker produced from each sound source
c. Treble serves to set the high tone
d. Bass functions to adjust the low tone.

In Figure 1.2 and Figure 1.3, Vr2 rotated clockwise means that the sound of the left power amplifier becomes smaller, while Vr2 is rotated counterclockwise, which means that the sound of the right power amplifier becomes smaller. Rotating Vrl clockwise means that it will amplify the loud speaker sound, and if we rotate this pot counterclockwise, the sound from the loud speaker will decrease.
